Our Mission Statement

The Furniture Bank serves Houston area residents through local agencies and non-profit organizations. Our focus is to be a complement of an existing and organized effort to assist those that have a living condition that lacks the basic furnishings.

Making empty houses homes means: Children don’t have to sleep on the floor; families can sit at a table together for their meals; And everyday items can have a place other than in a box.
